There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.
Writing – a process whereby one stares at an empty page imaging the greatest story ever told, yet one is unable to write a single word down. For me as a writer, this has to be one of the biggest challenges: to release my ‘perfect’ idea onto the pages. I think most writers have this block. The story is perfect in one’s imagination, and writing it down only reveals its flaws and problems. But after that initial concept is actually written down, once that idea has taken form in words and pages, that’s when the magic begins.
Writing is an art of refinement. Of taking an idea, and developing it into something beautiful.
